Refund policy

Return Policy

All online orders are eligible for returns within the first 30 days of Delivery. A return label can be provided for an additional cost. At the moment we only provide Exchanges and or Online Store credit.

When returning under any circumstance, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, odor free and accompanied by proof of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received in including all product packaging and shipping box it was sent out in. You must return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. 
  • We strongly recommend for you to add insurance to your package; we are not responsible for lost packages being returned to us.
  • Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and send you a confirmation email notifying you of the status.
  • Your return will be denied if the item was opened, used or damaged and your item will be mailed back to you. 
  • Approved Returns or items sent back AFTER the 30 day return period will be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Defective Item

Please reach out to us immediately after delivery at myawesomecollectiblesinc@gmail.com with your name, order number, pictures of the issue & a short explanation of the issue to get started. Rest assured if you received a defective item, we will gladly ship a replacement if available to you once return is received. Use the pre-paid return shipping label provided and drop off at the indicated carrier store as soon as possible.

Please be aware of the following limitations: 

  • We cannot control slight manufacturing variations such as stitching, color difference, and are not able to replace items based on these variations, minor product imperfections, figure positioning, pocket positioning, bow positioning and sticker placement. Slight imperfections are NOT considered damaged. 

  • Packaging is designed to protect the item inside. Slight blemishes to packaging may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process and will not be considered a damaged product. 

 Missing/Wrong items

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, rest assured we will get this fixed! To get started, you must email us immediately at myawesomecollectiblesinc@gmail.com with the information and images below. Images are mandatory as all packages are fulfilled in a recorded facility and images are needed to confirm with the video footage of the fulfillment of your package. We are unable to assist you after the time frame provided. We can not proceed to the next step without the following requirements sent to us in your email:

  • Full Name and Order number and what item(s) is missing if applicable 
  • A photo of the packaging slip 
  • A photo of the outside of the box with the attached shipping label visible as well as the ENTIRE box in the frame
  • A photo of the inside of the box with the item you received in it

We want to fix any issues with incorrect items straight away and your issue will be our priority!

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Items:

We offer package insurance through Route.  It is pre-selected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected.  Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, My Awesome Collectibles Inc is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees. We are not responsible for customs fees, VAT or any other fees for international orders.  Shipping will not be refunded for denied shipments. Your return shipping charges for denied shipments/wrong address will be deducted from your total store credit.
